If you have that high of a budget, then why aren't you paying for the traffic from Facebook, Adwords, Bing, Twitter, YouTube, Media Buys, etc..? Are you already doing some of that and simply don't know how to run campaigns?

You probably need a campaign manager. But shop around and get a real pro, not some of these goofs who offer bulk traffic packages and shit like that.

Actually this is a good idea. I think I'd rather pay to have content in those languages created and go for organic traffic. The question is now, where to hire people from these countries? I think I have an idea, which I am going to try next week.

All you have to do is put up a website and link to it from WF. Before you know, it you will be flooded with traffic from the "third world." Of course all they will do is post spam comments and try to hack your log-in.

I find it interesting that someone wants to pay for "traffic" that most people go to extremes to keep off their sites.

I think if you want to get the above mentioned countries traffic, you can join some facebook fan page. I found there are some page in any specific area. I have a big list of various cities in USA(MOM or, baby care page) . You will get a list like this about your niche. Thanks

You want to look for an advertisement and revenue sharing program. With a Geo targeting feature. Buy your advertisement package and then Geo target for the countries you want.. there may be solo ad vendors with a list segment for the countries you are looking for..

your best bet is a ppc campaign. Most targeted and cheapest. Next in line I would say for me is banner advertising.
