Monthly Subscription

Hello guys,
I'm looking for a software or a wordpess plugin to create a members area where the users can pay montly to get access to the resources of that month.
Now, what l'd like to do, is to give to the users access just to the months they paid. If I get into the members area now, I should be able to see just the content of this month, and not of the months before.
If I want to see content from the previous months, I can pay the subscription for that particular month.
Hope I've been clear!
Do you know any service that could create this kind of members area?

    I havn't tried it myself but you may want to try paidmembershipspro

    They have a free version so you could give it a try and then let us all know if it give you what you need. I think this is something that all marketers could benefit from.

      Unfortunately it looks like their software can't do this.

      All the members area softwares/plugins that I saw, can create a monthly subscription but when you get in, you have access to everything was posted in the past.

    I think you could do this with the groups option of memberPress. If you created a new group for every month and assigned content so that only that group could access that content and then assigned all users who paid for there membership that month to the group you could get the result that you are after. Im sure if you went for the developer edition you could get someone to write the code needed to automate the creation of the groups and the assignment of subscribers that month to the groups.

      I sent them a message to ask if MemberPress can do what I need.

    Digital access pass, Amember, etc many many plugins and products that do this - even the free one you get with optimize press 2.

    I started using aMember with the Demo possibility... But it's really complicate! At least for me that I'm not so techie...

      I think what you're looking for is a concept known as 'bundles'.

      With bundles you can package up different content within your site and offer it as a purchase option/membership level.

      For example:

      Bronze Level Members: access to December's content and all content going forward
      Silver Level Members: access to the last six months' content and all content going forward
      Gold Level Members: access to all content past, present and future

      There are lots of membership plugins with bundling functionality. Membermouse and Wishlist are a couple I think do it.

      But to be honest, your model sounds a bit of a hassle. I can understand wanting to use your site as a hub to sell multiple products, and I can understand wanting to use your content to make recurring income from members. But you seem to be going for a strange hybrid of both. It's more difficult to sell 'August's content' than it would be to sell an individual product with a unique value proposition. And every month you would effectively have to create a new product as you tag/bundle the previous month's content.

      You might want to consider a simpler and slicker option. A couple of suggestions:

      1. Make all previous content available as a single bundle/membership level upsell

      2. Categorise the previous content (e.g. Making Money with Facebook; Making Money with Adwords) and sell them as bundles.

    Just a heads up - I know many people use Wordpress for Ecommerce but I'm highly against that. You will find plugins but generally you should use a POS system.

    I believe DAP can do this. See their documentation - DAP scenarios at:
    digitalaccesspass.com/doc/dap-scenarios-use-cases/ scroll down to option #11 - Magazine Subscription Model. To offer the previous months for purchase you can probably set each month also as a stand alone product.

    It's not a wordpress plugin, but many use amember to control membership sites..

    I've used ClickFunnels for my membership site. It works great because I can customize it down to the minute details. It's very flexible and has an abundance of features. Yes it is a little pricey, but for a robust membership site, it's well worth the cost. I haven't found anything that is as easy to use and yet at the same time is very powerful. Hope this helps....
