Submitting RSS feeds ... How many is too many?

Hello all!

I have been doing some back linking for a while now, and with very good results. I was no where to be found in google before, and now I am #6 for my main keyword and anywhere from #5-#7 for other keywords.

So I am excited! But I just recently found out about submitting RSS feeds and how it benefits you. One WSO i bought says that all profiles, where the links reside are turned into an RSS feed then added to some directories and then pinged.

So it got me thinking that I should do this with the sites that I backlink myself.

But ... what if I have a few hundred profiles per week! Should I submit and ping all of them? I dont want to be seen as a spammer or get banned from certain sites. I am using Steve Aylors backlink goldmine, so that is why there is so many. And have Fran Murrays automation script (with a few extra lines I can have it collect and save the RSS feeds for every profile, so there is no extra work)

So what do you think? Will i get banned or be seen as a spammer if I submit that many?

I would submit them to feedage as they have a bulk submitter which would make it easier. And then ping them seperately with pingomatic, or I might buy some software, hopefully there is one that does bulk pinging!

im not sure about this but what ive been told is to submit about 5 per day though i have definitely done alot more than that at one sitting using rss bot. maybe some others will chime in on this

Really, it depends on the service - Feedage for example wants you to submit in bulk. I'm conservative about it and don't push it...the best you can do is experiment and find the "Sweet Spot" that won't tick off the aggregators you're submitting to.

Thinking on it, it kinda seems 500 is a bit too much lol I will do some and leave some on their own.
