Google will consider "Car, troubleshoot" is the same as "Car Troubleshoot"

Usually, with misspellings you can just add something like "commons misspellings" on the page and you'll pick up that traffic.

Another solution is to dedicate a page to the correct spelling, with sprinkling the incorrect spelling with the copy and then just make sure to link to the page ONLY using the misspelling and you should rank great.

Well, you can outsource the keyword to have someone write the articles for you.
Once the article is out, post them in ezinearticles or goarticles with the resource box linking back to your website.

Then start some backlinks building back to that articles that you published.
Since it's a mis-spell keywords, the competition is lower and you should not have a problem in ranking them in page 1 of google.

But I am worried that Ezines wont publish them because its misspelled. Right? Because following the rules I heave read. The keyword must be in the header and twice in the content of the article. But if they are misspelled then how would I write articles for them.

That's why you have to do what Tina said and use punctuation. The title for your article could be something like:

Do You Own a Car? Troubleshoot Some of the Most Common Problems Now!

Yes, if you have this as a title and someone puts car troubleshoot into Google it will show up with the words car and troubleshoot bolded. You'll also have to work it into the article a few times using punctuation too. Like:

You're likely to have trouble, no matter what year it is, with your car. Troubleshoot it by knowing some of the basic symptoms of common mechanical problems such as...blah, blah, blah.

If you work it in 3-5 times like this, you'll be good.
