Checkout Failed: ERROR INITIATING PAYMENT: Paypal Error '559044': The receiver

Hey guys.

Just trying to set up a product in WarriorPlus and when I go to test the order button I get this message:

"Checkout Failed: ERROR INITIATING PAYMENT: Paypal Error '559044': The receiver does not accept payments in this Currency"

Anyone know how to sort it?

I have emailed PayPal and W+ but they will both take a while to get back to me. I have searched Google and didn't find an answer.

After searching the forum I see others have had the same problem and fixed it but nobody said how.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You're saying you're the seller right? If so, go into your Paypal settings. Click on "My selling tools" under your profile. Then find "Block Payments" and click update. There are several settings there for you to look at to allow or block payments for various sources.

Thanks JC, I did already try that but it didn't work.

I have sorted it now by calling PayPal.

For anyone else who faces this issue:
Here's how to accept money in a new currency:

Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
On your account 'Summary' page, click PayPal balance.
      Click Manage Currencies.
Select the currency you want to add.
      Click Add Currency.

Oh, I see. You're in the UK and trying to sell in US dollars I presume. Glad you got it working.
