Default I have $400 to spend to outsource traffic generation...best way to spend it?

Hi guys,

So I have budgeted $400 to outsource - purely for traffic generation.

However - I'm not really sure the best way to spend this.

Ideally I'd like to have some help with my videos. I only have them on youtube and I don't think I have really optimized them as best I could - or indeed I don't use any other video sites.

Is there a service that could do this for me? I know some will say I could do it myself - but I have about 30 videos and I'd rather pay for someone to go through them and optimize the descriptions better - maybe add tags etc etc. And if there's enough $4 left - distribute to a video sharing site etc etc.

Would anyone be able to help with this?

Jenn,
Some options for you is to hire someone from the 'warriors for hire' section of this forum. Find someone on outsourcing sites like odesk or elance.com. Finally there are services that will handle all the SEO for you like traffic sage or traffic mills.
Good luck.

Look into Willie Crawfords Easy Push Button Traffic for video, article, press release and other traffic needs. Might be just what you need...

Jenny,

I can make a suggestion that can really help you. Get your videos transcribed. You can do this for free. Go to Google Voice sign up. Call your number and let it go to voice mail and put your phone up to your speaker while your video is playing. Google voice will actually transcribe spoken words into text for you.

Once you have all your videos transcribed clean them up a little bit and turn them into articles. You can then have each article re-written a little bit, especially the bio box more than anything, and you can either submit them to article directories yourself or outsource the job.

I hope that helps.

I am not an expert in this but I think that you should pay someone for title optimization and video site submissions.

Google bot can't read what's inside a video and it goes with the title of the video and counts the number of backlinks to the video page to rank the site. However if you have your videos on many video sites most of the times the video gets ranked high. I think

That's what you should be doing but again I am not an expert.

Jenny, definitely look into a video/content distribution site called "Traffic Geyser". You'll be amazed at some of the things you can do with it and what it allows you to do. They've got a free trial which you can get through this link (no affiliate link people so calm down) and take it for a spin.

Also, Jason has a great idea for transcribing your videos. Genius dude!

Can't you do these for free using TubeMogul.com? Granted that the initial setup may be onerous, but subsequent submissions will thereafter be automatic upon a single upload.

Yes, you can do it with Tubemogul, EXCEPT they only have so many sites you can submit to. TrafficGeyser has nearly 50, plus a ton more features to submit your content all over the web and in turn, getting your stuff indexed fast & up in the SE's.
