Incorporation Location for Tax Avoidance/Minimization...?

let's say we're operating an internet marketing venture,
and aiming to setup the legal structure to minimize taxes...

let's say we don't have a physical office for the business -
with partners & outsourcers scattered across the world -
so we may not technically have our operations in a single state...

states such as Wyoming, Nevada, Delaware, etc might be valid options for where to incorporate, since they have no or minimal state taxes - though we'd still need to be paying federal taxes, no doubt...

so here are two questions / roads of inquiry:

1. does anybody have any info or recommendations as to how to minimize the federal taxes paid if registered in one of those states - specific to the nature of the internet marketing business, with its lack of a physical location?

2. would it perhaps be an ever better option to incorporate in a different country outside the US, that has zero to minimal taxes?

These are surely somewhat complicated matters - though surely some people who've done their research and have found simplified answers for those specifically running such an location-independent internet marketing business may have some great tips to share that could be equally applicable to similar business' owners...

thanks!
