Shopping Cart Questions (Your opinions would be loved!)

Hey guys,

I'm writing a sales letter for THE BEST DAMN SHOPPING CART IN EXISTENCE (!!!), and while I already have a million reasons as to why this is better than anything on the market, I would also love to get other people's perspectives. I was wondering...

When it comes to shopping carts, what do YOU want? (ie for me I wanted one click upsells, incredible affiliate management, ability to take PayPal AND credit cards, super-easy to use, etc.)

What have been your fears/frustrations with the existing ones? (ie for me they weren't user friendly, crappy support, could do one or a few of the things I wanted but not all, etc.)

Would you be willing to go to a new shopping cart system? Why, why not? What would be the reasons for/against?

These are going to help me craft the best possible letter, and I'll make sure the best answers get something special.

I think a big one for me would be the transition process between
former cart to new cart. Making sure the transfer of data is an
easy one with as few headaches as possible.
