Hi Guys,,,

Recently I've lost the s3 fox add on in my Firefox browser...and it won't let me re-install it...now I have no access to any of my files on Amazon s3 cloudfront!

Is there any other software out there that does the same ftp job as s3 Fox?

Or can anyone tell me a solution to the problem?

Thanks.

What's wrong with just logging into your AWS account?
From there, you can manage all your S3 files from ANY browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, and/or Edge). Why limit yourself to just Firefox?

      Hi,,,

The thing is I used the firefox add on *s3 fox* the free ftp client I could easily access my cloudfront urls instead of the amazon s3 urls that are standard in my AWS console!

The trouble is s3 fox was only designed to work with firefox!

It was available in tools but for some reason has disappeared and it won't let me re-install it?

Thats why I wanted to know if there is any other ftp software on the net that I can use for amazon s3?
      Thanks for your reply.

I haven't checked to see if they are still up-to-date and working now but there used to be Cloudberry and/or bucket explorer that did this.

Ok thanks for that I'll check them out...I can use the normal Amazon s3 urls but when you're running a lot of data it's cheaper to use the cloudfront urls....I just got that used to s3 fox as an ftp client for Amazon s3...it's stumped me on how to access the cloudfront urls everytime I upload an image or video.

Anyways I'll soldier on and try those...thanks for your reply.
