New site for new niche NEED FEEDBACK on a few things.

I have been trying to break into this new niche with limited success. Now I am trying to figure out if the limited success is because I just need to put more time into it or if its a dud. Would love to get your thoughts.

Site is ReikiReviews.com

I also have a 6 chapter e-book created to go along with this site as a free product. I have not included it yet since I am not sure the best way to promote it. Right now I am offering it for free to those who sign up to my mailing list. I even have an author willing to do a full blown course for me that I could sell if I see the market for it after testing. Have not seen the market yet.

I have almost 50 people on my mailing list and used my SEO skills to rank well for my main non competitive terms. I am getting 20+ unique a day right now all organic.

My problem is I have only made 2 affiliate sales.

What are your thoughts?
Bad Landing Page?
Bad niche?
Need more traffic?
I am just impatient?

Would love to hear what the warriors think on this niche and how I can monetize it better or if I should just move on.

I don't understand what you mean the full page is not visible? I tested it in both IE and Firefox and everything seems visible to me? Can you let me know what exactly you mean by this?

That's what your site looks like in the popular 1024x768 screen resolution.

Please let me know what youa re seeing that I am not? This is important to me but I am just not seeing it after clicking on every affilaite link on the entire site.

I am so worried and pissed now? What do I do?

I have a system setup to check click troughs to the clickbank sales pages and I have been getting 5-10 a day but no sales. I wonder if I am getting sales and they are not registering?

HELP!!! Any suggestions on what I do to fix this?

First...breathe! Have you gotten ANY sales from this page? If not, check how you're cloaking your links. I see that it's doing some sort of redirect or something. Maybe recreate your hoplinks and recloak them? Yes, they should work fine the old way but just in case recreate your hoplinks or recloak them....

I feel like a field medic or something...."WARRIORS! WE'VE GOT A MAN DOWN HERE! NEEDS HELP FAST!"

There are a lot of guys on here a lot more clever than I am with html and stuff like that. Ask for help and they will help you. This is a great forum...I think there is another section just for help with websites where you might be able to post your problem.

I do think that your site was a little busy and that you needed your affiliate link right in their faces to click. But to find out that somehow things are getting hosed up along the way with the cookie or affiliate link will definately hurt you. Better to find out now than 6 months down the line though, eh?

Once it's fixed you should see some sales coming in...hang in there...better to have this problem than "i have a page and can't get any traffic!" CB's analytics are pretty good these days too and you should be able to track clicks and sales page impressions well so if you're using something third party maybe that might be the culprit? Dunno

I just checked tonight and now it's registering
your affiliate ID fine. Last night it was NOT
            registering. I was getting affiliate=none.
            I was using Firefox.

            Strange.

P.S. Your site width adjustment looks MUCH
            nicer now.

I think you would want to do the course, because it can offer something of valuable and free information. Post related product, affiliate links throughout the course. This could help you get sales.

what keywords are you using? you need to use as many keywords linked to reiki as you possibly can. link to reiki forums and see what info they would like to know more about.

Do you article market at all. all you need is a good 3 article directories to post to. plus squidoo, hubpage. i'm sure you know to post to ezines first, then to the other places.

also find similar reiki blogs to comment on.

all common stuff. just a matter of sticking to it.

    much success to you

I'm not a huge fan of the layout.

Reiki is all about positive energy flow, etc, and to me the layout out you have it a bit clunky and way too busy.

The tropical image is good, but could be more prominent.

Your site is also reviews, so I'd split it up into courses, books, products, etc. That way people can locate instantly the category they are after.

Review sites often have adsense in with the reviews, so you could look to add that also.

Your ebook would be great as the opt-in bonus.

How about an introductory video message?

Well, one thing that would help your sales
dramatically is if your affiliate links actually
    worked.

Your affiliate ID is not being registered
    properly with the Clickbank product
titled "Chikara-Reiki-Do: The Ultimate Reiki Package".

    Fix that recommends link up...
    it may help sales.

Now I am REALLY confused. I just clicked through all my links for the 3rd time today on my page but this time I went all the way to the checkout page for the product. On each product at the bottom of the page it has my clickbank ID in the affiliate =at the bottom of the order page.

What am I missing that you guys are seeing?

I am using firefox... maybe this is only happening in IE?

It is Internet Explorer. All my links work great in Firefox and my affiliate ID goes through to the checkout page but in IE none of my affiliate links go through to the checkout page?

What is going on with clickbank? Wonder how many sales I have lost?

    What can I do?

    HELP!!!!

I get a big cyan box that pops up and hides the content. Getting noticed will get you links, but first you need exposure. You can try to promote your web site through radio shows. They will interview you over a phone and you can get a lot of traffic that way. People listen to radio on their way to work and that way you can create more interest in your service for free.

No idea what a cyan box is?

Maybe you are referring to my popover that happens the first time you view the site but you can just click it away.

I am getting traffic organicly through my SEO work more looking for conversion tips.
