Hey everyone, just wondering how do I place google adsense in the middle of the post that I see some people have? Is there a plugin for it? Is there something that you recommend using?

If your on Wordpress get a plugin called Easy Adsense.

With this you can place your ads at the top, middle and bottom of your posts.

And its free.

There's also a plugin called "Insert Post Ads" by WPBeginner. It allows you to insert any kind of ad into your content, not just Adsense. You can place it before, after, midway through content, etc.

You can also use official plugin provided by Google adsense to insert codes in your posts and various other areas of your blog.

seems like all recommended plugins got bugs and issues, they're rated low. Any other suggestions?

I use WP Insert. It's very flexible and does all the Policy Pages too (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Copyright).
