Where do you outsource your simple tasks?

Hi Warriors,

I need to outsource some simple tasks in my only business such as comment moderation, blog commenting and posting links on other sites (esp. angela's backlinks).

Which is the best way to find such people?

      1) rent a coder (highly recommend because service buyer is protected)
      2) elance (recommended by others to me)
      3) get a freelancer (trying to use, but seem like they charge for everything...)
