You can use whatever name you like but if you then sell
something and accept money under that, or any other assumed
name, you are required by law in every state in the U.S. to file
a fictitious name report with your local county recorder. The public
has the right to know with whom they're doing business.

Absolutely you can. And many actually encourage it.

Depends on the topic Donald is selling me.

But that particular name might give one some issues as it's associated with a much larger company.

Change just one letter - Donald Dulk - and you might be in a better position.

OP - if it is a free report then what ever name you want.

If you are going to sell with that name, you may want to set up a "DBA" but not sure how that works in your country. ("doing business as")

I have no idea what the law is in Bulgaria. I mentioned U.S. law because
        you don't identify your location.

If you sell into the U.S. I'm sure their are laws (international trade treaties)
that specify what you must do to put the public on notice for who they are
paying but I'm not at all knowledgeable on the subject so I recommend
seeking advice from a competent professional.

            Not everyone uses photos.

If OP is just an affiliate then the end buyer in a lot of cases won't have a clue as to who the affiliate or Donald Dulk is anyway.

Of course you can. No one will stop you from doing so. However, for me it is often a huge trust boost if I know that a person is using their real name.
