Default Making/Keeping Websites "Legal" --

While doing a little research about a certain home-based income opportunity, one thing led to another and the next thing I know I was skimming some pages that were about how to make sure your website was "legally compliant."

I remembered getting emails about a product by I think Bruce Safran that was a package or something that scared the pants off of people with websites who may not have the proper legal protection regarding their content and wording.

There is also stuff from a guy named Bob Silber, but I don't know much about his stuff either; I just know he speaks at events Etc.

Well anyway, I didn't (and still don't) have a website but for folks who do, you may find the following doc informative.

http://www.techbridge.org/documents/...Compliance.pdf

*** The biggest reason I noticed it and am putting this doc here for folks to access is B/C I know a lot of you are providing websites or website services for the OFFLINE marketing bus model, and there are parts in the doc that talk about who owns the material and who is liable Etc.**

So this is for info purposes only. I hope it helps some of you.

Thanks for listening and good luck.
