This from the Washington Post. Firefox 3.5 Not Playing Nicely With Twitter - washingtonpost.com This is why you can never depend on just one browser. I needed to yank out my IE today in order to do any tweeting. So say what you want about this browser or that browser. Just make sure you have a spare available because stuff like this happens. |

Wow, that's odd. I have FF 3.5.2 and use the Plugin TwitterFox and have no issues (well, until my DSL acts up, but that's a different issue altogether).

Yes, I originally had this problem. For me, it was only if you tried using Twitter's web interface which at the time with all the Twitter apps & clients down, was all you could use. It went away after a couple days. Problem was I had to use a different browser until things got back up and running.

I still have a copy of Netscape 3.0 installed on an older computer... still works like a champ! Anyone remember when Netscape 3.0 came out? It was such a better/faster browser than IE 3.0... they had Microsoft worried for a while... Ahh... the good old days. p.s. my FireFox (latest update installed) & Twitter are getting along ok. |

I am guessing they might have fixed this issue as I have 3.5.2 and I was on just on twitter and sent a tweet.

I had problems with Internet Explorer 7 and twitter. I couldn't use the "MORE" feature at the bottom of your homepage to see more tweets. I upgraded to IE8 and now it works fine.

It sounds like I should hold off on the FireFox upgrade until the bugs are cleared out. I was in the midst of doing a lot stuff and said no to the upgrade earlier this evening. Thanks, CF- |
