Default Who's the liar? Intellichat OR Clickbank

Hello guys.

OK so I have just logged in to Intelli chat and it says I have had 3 sales the past two days however when I log in to Clickbank for a computer product I am selling I have no sales...

What the hecks going on?

For those that have not used Intelli chat before they track from the orderform to the thankyou/download page.

Any ideas?!

I keep hearing a lot of negative things about clickbank and I hope there all wrong. But this is interesting. You have tracked from the order form to the thank you page and no orders. I was going to say that perhaps they refunded right away but that would show in your clickbank account. Keep tracking and posting I would love to hear more as this one is strange. Maybe someone will come up with an easy explanation I can't think of any right now.

Yeah I have heard a lot in the past myself Mikey, but there is no way you would ever be able to prove it. I hope there is a simple explantion for this, but I can't possibly understand what at the moment.

I am quite annoyed becaused at the moment, I am being charged per sale from Intellichat for sales that I am not even making, or that are not even coming through Clickbank.

Someone please help

I'd contact ClickBank first and see what they have to say. If they say there are indeed no sales, I'd contact Intellichat and request a refund for the bogus sales, using ClickBank's email as proof.

Could be a time lag in clickbanks reporting. Do you have any emails from clickbank reporting the sale?

Or someone figured out how to steal products by hacking intellichat.

Either way, I'd get the two together and figure out what's happening.

Good idea - put the two of them in the ring and let them duke it out. Probably the best way to get to the bottom of things.

If you Google intellichat, there are some unfavorable things said about them. You can research it and decide for yourself. I've never used them, but it's good to see what both sides are saying.

I don't think CB updates "By-the-Minute", give a day or so and double check.

There is a lot of CB bashing here lately, but I would double check that the publisher isn't to blame for some reason.

The problem I see with CB, is the rules favor publishers heavily, and there are more then a few dishonest ones.

I'm not sure why you can't tell if sales have been made. I'm a ClickBank vendor and I can always tell.

1) Clickbank sends me emails when I make a sale
2) DLGuard sends the customer an email (that's what I use for download link protection).

Why can't you tell for sure if you made a sale?

FYI, I find CB sends out sales notifications and has data that is up-to-date within 30 minutes or less.
