Does anyone know of good ad swapping sites or best practices

I have been wanting to get involved with ad swapping for a while. I have heard that it is a great way to build your list quickly. Does anyone know of any ad swapping sites and/or lessons learned and best practices in doing so? I would like to get started right away.

    imadswaps.com is the original ad swapping forum hosted by Matt Garrett. I think it's still active, even though I don't personally do random ad swaps anymore... just with my top JV partners. BUT, there have got to be some people there to swap with. Another place is a new joint venture social networking site called JVME.com hosted by Chuck Mullaney. There are a lot of similar deals going on inside that site.
