Need Web site critiqued

I just put up a new web hosting site and would like for some members to take a look and tell me what you think of the design and such. Like to know if it is easy to navigate, user friendly and things like that. If there's something I should change, please let me know.

This is not a sales pitch to get new customers, I just want someone other than family and friends to take a look and give me their honest opinion of how the site looks and works. Good or bad, I would like your honest opinions about the site, and any suggestions for changes if necessary.

The site is in my signature. I don't have enough posts yet to put links in my postings.

    The over all design is very weak. It just doesn't have any punch to it. The colors, the blocky graphics, the links. Details on each hosting plan is also kinda thin. I'm used to seeing tons more detail like the equipment you're using, details about what cpanel is, fantistico, etc... Also try to elaborate on your 30 day guarantee.

    I would try to give it a fresher look. Border the site, use rounded corners, javascript drop menus, and brighter colors. Use ColorSchemer - Online Color Scheme Generator to match the colors, right now they are all over the place.

    The pixelated low quality graphics don't inspire trust in your site or product for me.

    Have you considered a domain name more in line with your business? Something with host or hosting in the name?
