Payoneer doesn't allow me to accept funds from individuals + alternative Payoneer companies?

Hi,

I have a Payoneer prepaid card for more than 2 moths. I have clients that load funds to my account via the load payment service (they pay with credit cards).
Few days ago Payoneer support asked me for more information about my business, which is marketing, and today I got their reply that they can't approve my application. It means I can no longer receive funds from individuals, but only from companies.
I spoke with their representetive on chat and her answer was that she can't help me. I tried to understand what is the reason, since I received many times funds from my customers (only 2 customers) and didn't have any dispute with them, as I have a long term contract with them.
I tried to understand what is the issue but her answer was the same, she can't help me.
I still can use my card and accept funds from companies but it doesn't help me since my customers don't have Payoneer account and they use private credit cards in order to pay me.

Someone knows what could cause to Payoneer not to support this service for me?

And the second question, are there any reliable companies that issue prepaid cards which can be loaded with 3rd party credit cards? I would like to hear good/bad expiriences so I can choose another company to work with.

Thank you

Do you know what the problem is?

Is it the country you are from that is not supported or has a high reputation for fraud?

Is it the market you are in like Forex, Porn or MMO that is considered 'high risk' by many financial processors?

Is it your personal credentials that are suspect or difficult to verify?

It is very hard to tell what the problem could be from the information you have provided.

That is the issue, they don't want to explain me what is the problem. Maybe they didnt understand what exactly I do and instead of asking they just decided to reject the application.

My country is supported, and its not a high reputation of fraud. I know that for sure. I worked with them for more than 2 months and received thousands of dollars from individuals. These deposits came from non Payoneer customers, my clients. They used credit cards in order to pay me.

Im not in these high risk markets. All I do is to promote ecommerce stores with legit goods.

I dont think that my personal details are the issue. They told me I can use Payoneer card and account, and I can receive funds from companies only. They even wont allow me accept funds from other Payoneer individual customers card.

The problem is that they dont want to tell what is the problem, and they 'reserve the right to decline the application' as they say. Im afraid that their support didnt really understand what I do and now there is no body to talk with, who will explain the real reason.

Im trying to find another prepaid card service.
Is Paxum allow to load money to the account from 3rd party using credit cards.
I've read that they allow it only in 'payroll enviroment'. What does it mean?

      Thanks

I checked it. It seems that they provide card proccesing service, its not what Im looking for. I dont wish to integrate it, but to have online option for my customers to deposit on the payment provider website.

Every support agent does not know all things. In this case you need to try again to chat another agent. Beside the Payoneer you can use the Paypal or, Skrill in you want. Thanks

I sent also an email, they didn't reply. The agent from the chat checked my case, she knew what was the issue but didnt want to give more information.

My clients can't deposit via Paypal.

Skrill - If my client want to send money to my skrill account he has to open skrill account as well?

      Thanks
