Is supportingads.com a scam?

Has anyone been using supportingads.com? I couldn't find a good enough review on it online.

    If not an outright scam... it doesn't do much to evoke confidence.

    The slider on the home page states that up to 70% of ad revenues is shared with Publishers, but if you click on the "Publishers" link at the top of the page, they contradict that statement by saying "SupportingAds.com is the best advertising PPC network that shares 90 % of profits with his Publishers."

    The rest of that page is full of grammar errors.

    Just one example:
    Our complicate algorithms that combination contextual targeting ads while using perfect look in the ads will bring about higher conversions than some other network out generally there.
    I understand what they are "trying" to say, but I wouldn't trust my advertising budget to them, nor would I think of using their ads to monetize a PPC site.
