You can make $102 in your first week, even if you're newbie

I've been reading many threads asking:
- how to make money in a week
- how newbie can make money fast
- how to make money without having website and products

Well, it's actually possible to make $100 in your first week even if you're completely a newbie.

How's that? Simple:Just get paid to answer questions!

Believe me that there are people who ask simple questions such as:
- Menstrual cramping
- My dog just ate chocolate and vomiting. What I should do?
And pay $15 to get their questions answered.

The tougher the questions, the more expensive they offer to pay for the answers. I even saw $160 questions!

So if you're hooked to answering questions at Yahoo! Answers, Yedda, AskVille, or other answer sites, you'd better start answering questions and get paid.

One of my Warrior friend made $102 in her first week answering questions. She said it's not bad getting $7 for 5 minutes of typing answer

I must admit that this is not a good business model to make money online, but hey, it's a great alternative for newbie to make pocket money!

Interesting idea, but as you said hardly a business model. Some of the sample questions shown on their page seems like a lot of work too.

      Hi

Shouldn't that link be in your sig and not in the main body?

Well, I just took a look at it.... it does sounds interesting, without any doubts. And certainly, money can be made from it.

You get paid for your answers, only if the person who asked the question accepts your question.

So, you might end up answering dozen of question and get paid only for a few of them.

However, it is an interesting way to make money, and I just might try it out!

Actually some inquirers prepay for the answers. You'd get higher chance to get paid if you answer those questions. Then again, your profile (including feedbacks and credentials) really sell you and your answers.

From what I see, it's better suited for professionals with specific knowledge such as registered nurses, physicians, lawyer, veterinarians, technician.

Yes but it's not wise. What if your account there is suspended, or the site closed out? You'll lose your only main stream of income.

It's better to have backup sources of income i.e. your own product, blog, etc.

Or you could use the questions/answers to inspire a new product.

        That's the way to go.

This isn't Aldian's site, so I can't see how he's spamming. He's purely sharing a site where people can earn some extra $$ if they want to.

Sure, people only pay if they accept your answer, but if they've put up a deposit and your answer is okay, you usually get the accept. If they haven't paid a deposit, then sure, there's no guarantee you'll get paid but they don't see any answer unless they cough up.

I'm the person Aldian was referring to. I'm a homeschooling mum and I've been on the site two weeks now. I'm heading for around US$600 for this month, which, taking into account the exchange rate with the Aussie dollar isn't bad for leaving the laptop on for an hour or two and checking what questions come up every time I walk past. It's not passive or residual income, but it's easy money and I can work around the children, and it funds my other online activities.

You do need some specialised knowledge, I'm a veterinarian and there's always tons of pet questions. Also, when you start out, your commission isn't great but when you work past that, as Aldian said, $7.50 for 5 minutes typing isn't bad. If the question isn't paying enough for the time it'll take to answer it, you just don't answer it. There's no obligation to answer everything.

Bluesquares, that's exactly my thoughts too :-)

I sure appreciate Aldian pointing out the site to me.

Thanks Audrey. And I'm surely glad that it works great for you.

I should tell my dentist friend and pediatrician cousin about this site, too!

Yes, Bluesquares, it's also a great place for doing market research! Just compile whatever the common questions that people are willing to pay for the answers, and you have a product instantly!

If I copy everything from my own blog post to this thread, I'll suffer from duplicate content penalty. And that's not spam since it's a pure information and I don't sell anything. I just share a piece of information that works to make money online, even for newbie.
