Need Help regarding Indexed Pages,Backlinks and more

Hello Warriors

Happy New Year....

I have few questions regarding backlinks. I am working on Off page seo and one day i was checking "Links to my website" in Google Webmaster.

There i noticed few a link from Blox.pl.It is a web 2.o website. I have posted my content on this blog.So Google gave me link there.I check the blog in google search.It was not even indexed.

Why i get link from a non indexed blog?

Can anyone here can help me out with this? I think Google webmaster has some issues.

Not showing proper backlinks details.

    Google take some time to update your link. please be patience . I have a same problem regarding index as of my knowledge. google gonna take some time to update it
