Afternic domain confirmation request question

Received this email from dynadot.com today:

"We have received Afternic confirmation requests for the domains listed below. If you want to activate your domains for Afternic, please confirm the requests by following the instructions below:"

Does this mean that my domain may have some value (it is estibot appraised at $560) or just that Afternic thinks it has some value or that Afternic has a potential buyer for it?

    It means someone tried to list your domains for sale there. It could be the previous owner if you recently bought or it could be a scam. You should not click on any links and go straight to Afternic's site and contact them about this. Tell them your domains were not listed for sale by you and you want them removed if there is a current listing.
