Can people be rich with internet marketing?

Ever heard of the guys that started Amazon, Facebook, and Google? They got their riches from internet marketing.

Let me just say this: I went to university in Finance and ended up being a real estate consultant for real estate developers and investors...I went to university for 4 years..In my first six months with Internet marketing I was making more than I was making in Finance.

This is why I made the switch to Online marketing full time. The potential is HUGE for someone that actually want to work hard.

There are two types of people in the internet marketing world:
1)Those that want freedom by having a lot of free time. They want a passive income to spend more time with their friends, family, travel etc.
2)Those that want to add a maximum of value to this world and realized the huge potential the internet offers right now. These people could stop working and just enjoy their passive income but they choose to work hard because ultimately, they feel good when they do it.

I'm definitely part of the group #2 and honestly, to make a passive income from the internet is really easy if you have a good system. As I said, it took me a few months. Now on the other hand, if you want to be RICH ( to me rich is 5 million+ per year), then you'll need to work hard for quite a while.

Yes, you can become rich online, but it does require a lot of work.

It depends what you define as 'rich'.

Financial freedom. Time freedom. Doing what you love while making money from it.

I've been freelancing since 1999. Joined Warrior Forum in 2003.

While I'm not a 'millionaire' (yet...) I've built an amazing network, profitable passive businesses, I've got to travel, work on my terms, and earn a higher income than a typical job would offer.

But it's not easy. There's no key you can turn that will run an IM machine for you without you working hard to make it.

It's definitely not a get-rich-overnight thing.

It takes time. But the investment is worth it.

You can defintely get rich through internet marketing but I believe that not everyone can. It depends on the person, the business model, intelligence, network etc. and to some extent luck might be required. Take this with a grain of salt, I didn't make it yet

Of course. It all depends on what you definition of rich is and how hard are you willing to work for it.

No, it is not a myth. In theory, there really is no limit to how much you can earn on the internet, it is only determined by the limits you put upon yourself. However, if you want to be successful online then you must be prepared to work very, very hard!

Many people think that success will happen overnight and when they realize it won't they become disheartened, disillusioned or overthrown by information overwhelm and quit.

Rome was never built in a day but I would not let that deter you. Google and You tube all started on the internet in a garage or at someones office desk - look at them now.... For someone just starting out in internet marketing I would advise them to try and find a mentor who has made it and established some sort of success online, not only to inspire and guide you but to avoid making time consuming mistakes (as they have been there and done it themselves).

I 'll end on this, there is no law or script saying that you have to be millionaire by 1pm tomorrow afternoon, this stuff takes time so enjoy the journey of networking, meeting other internet marketing marketers and sharing ideas and experiences......the rest will follow.

how much money do you need to be rich? many people only need $5,000 per month to solve a lot of problems, maybe less.. lets focus on my financial free instead or rich... you need to start somewhere... lets make your first $1.. and then just rinse and repeat!

Just ask Frank Kern, Mike Filsaime, David Wood, and David Sharpe if its possible to get rich with Internet Marketing. These guys did it, I plan on doing it, so why not YOU?

Most fail or make less than $1000 per month. However, there are many that do it. So it is possible!

Once you have money, it's so much easier to make money. Obviously you have to make the right decisions and there those that if they got a big chunk would end up wasting it all. So I'm not saying it's any guarantee.

I would for most people the answer is NO! I know they don't want to hear that but it's true. For some the answer is yes. The no group is WAY BIGGER then the yes group.

Yes, I believe you can become rich with IM. All you need are two things:
1.) Willingness to take action.
2.) A bit of creativity.

Just like everything in life you need to do a bit of work before you can make money. But if you had worked as hard as you said, then you might be doing something wrong.

Here's my advice:
Clear your mind right now from any and all distractions and focus on only one thing: TRAFFIC.

Traffic = money in the IM world. I suggest you spend your energy coming up with different traffic strategies. There are a lot and like I said before, you just need to be a bit creative.

Yes people can get rich with internet marketing. But it's called "internet marketing". Not "start a business". Only those who promote their sites in the most advantageous ways get the most customers. If your marketing is on point, you can sell the socks of a product. And *marketing* is more than just traffic generation.

Of course. There's so much proof out there. If you say you've been working really hard, then it most likely means you're doing the wrong things...the non-income producing activities. In reality, if you want to be successful in online marketing there's really 3 things that you must learn and master: 1. creating traffic, you can do this through content marketing or advertising 2. generating leads, this is super critical for an online business. The more fresh leads daily, the better off you are. 3. conversions, this is where the sale happens and you make your money.

If you can master those 3: traffic, leads and conversions, you're going to be successful. You just need to focus your time and effort on consistently working those 3 skills.

Here's what those successful people did:

1. They found out what a specific group of people wanted.

2. They created a solution for that group's serious, acknowledged problem.

3. They set up a way for members of that group to find and follow them and their solution.

4. They explained the problem and demonstrated they completely understood it--better than the individual who was experiencing the problem!

5. They offered to solve that problem.

6. They solved it effectively.


That's it.

He makes a video. He says the opposite of doom and gloom: he says everything is going to be all right. That now is the time to make money. Opportunity abounds in downturns because people are looking for answers.

He gets this video in front of people who darn well know the economy has tanked, and they're terrified about being pulled down with it.

Now here's this contrarian explanation, and the solution isn't to buy gold or guns or nonperishable food supplies.

It's this: Learn How To Market And Sell.

The delivery medium was a newsletter.

That newsletter was overflowing with great stories about how to solve the marketing and sales problems, and get buyers.

Bingo.

And the newsletter was great. I've read it. (As a quick aside, one of the things I love about what Kern does is this: he tells you what he's doing, and then he does it to you, and you know he's doing it to you, and you still get converted by it. Genius! And he's been doing this consistently for so many years.)

In a recent video he said he had about 400 subscribers.

$297 X 400 per month X even just 1 year = A LOT OF MONEY.

Money that can be reinvested in marketing, product development, and the overall snowball effect of IM.

Which reminds me: don't compare yourself to the greats. They have resources you don't have yet. You can't duplicate what they do, not how they're doing it today. You can't throw cash at a funnel until it's forced to work. They can.

Hero Worship is OK, in teenage years. As an adult, you have to learn how to do things yourself.

And that means sticking with something until you figure out how it works.

Then optimizing it.

Then taking that optimized profit and using it to develop something new. And then sticking with that until you figure out how it works.

Cash-rich IMers can be developing new products, new funnels, new income streams at a rate others cannot. It's slow to start. Just about everyone gives up. Be your own hero and stick with it.

One day you will become rich

Yes there are some persons who have became millionaires from internet marketing but those are the persons who have being thinking outside the box and not done the same thing everyone else is doing. Therefore to get rich from internet marketing you need to copy what these persons are doing. Some of these millionaires have published e-books detailing the steps they took to become successful. So you need to research who are the top affiliate marketers in the game and pattern what they are doing.

I think that is hard job, but I think it is possible.
