I'm trying to find a company or person that does this specifically. Do you guys knows of anyone that does this?

            I apologize if that didn't sound nice but the reason I asked what you meant by pretty is because I was trying to get a better idea of what you need in order to help you in some way.

            'Pretty' is not the most helpful of descriptions if you're talking about a blog post.

            What aspect of your blog post do you want to look pretty?

            The Images?

            The Text?

            The Banners?

            The Links?

            The Template?

            The Signup Form?

            Anything else?

            Can you see why I asked that question?

            Your reply was just as helpful as your original description of what you needed.

            I can't speak for other people but when I reply to posts I do so with the intention of helping people out but sometimes it's difficult to do that when you're given one word definitions of your requirements.

    Maybe you can try to find at Fiverr. It has a lot freelancers for you to choose from. You can see their rating and communicate with the one you interested to check if he/she suits your requirements.

      Try looking in your Sig, with over 35K writers I bet you can find some potential there

      Seriously though, what does "pretty" mean? Not trying to be a pain.
      But are you looking for talented Blog Post writers ( as mustafavanancio alluded to) or ones that have little depth but know how to 'dress' something up that looks nice ?

        By pretty, I mean they would take our content and add images throughout. Add a nice header image. Add subheads. Bullets where necessary and so on.

          You can find a VA to do all that for $5 or less per article.

          I'd go with a full timer if you need volume work though.

          A full-time VA from the Philippines or India can be hired for as little as $300 per month depending on the agency you go with.

    Step 1: Go find a blog that has the post layout you like. This blog must be in your niche.

    Step 2: Run the domain through whatwpthemeisthat

    Step 3: Buy the theme

    Step 4: Get it modified

    Step 5: If the theme is not commercially available, get a theme designer to use a similar page layout and customize the look based on your particular needs

    PRO TIP: Pretty blogs didn't start out pretty... Only after a few months (even years) of visitor engagement analysis did they come up with the look they have now. Make them do YOUR homework and simply reverse engineer them IF they cater to the same basic niche audience as your blog.

    Brad, finally you gave us more info. I'm a writer but I use words. I don't use images or design work. You need somebody who can do it all if possible because it should end up cheaper...but it may not be possible.

    Brad., i am sure you have good content writers from iwriter.. may be you need to provide a similar solution there itself to get good graphic designer also as a seperate site or amalgamated with iwriter itself so that any blogger who needs good quality content can also find quality designs {custom request} in the same place without going out elsewhere in search... I am sure this will be a all in one solution for users at a single place...
