Traffic Issue

I have a website "http://www.dopeshop.in/" , the things are average at here. But the issue is I have set the Goal in Google Analytic, but the report shows me high bounce rate , even session creation are (referral )10 to 15. I am not getting why all these session are not achieving the Goal at least 3 to 5.
Is there issue for website speed and loading or any thing else.
