Wordpress pop up form?

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap pop script for my Wordpress site to collect emails.
The ones I've been looking is:
- allow me to time when the form appear.
- allow me to add graphic, such as ecover or something.
Any suggestion guys?

    Ninajapopups is also very good.

    What I like about it is you can use it to actively boost your signup rates.

    Other plugins are static. Ninjapopups gives you several popup styles so you can do SPLIT TESTING and figure out which type / style gets the most list signups.

    This flexibility alone makes it worth the relatively little money you pay for it.

    Hey I can say that I have good times with bloom from eleganthemes. It is easy to customize and you can integrate it with many email service providers like adweber or getresponse.

    Incidentally I've just created a free opt-in feature box script. It's not a Wordpress plugin, but integrating it into any site is pretty easy. It's called Blossom.

      PopUp by Supsystic plugin. All sorts of stuff you can do with this. Free with an option for pro. Matter of fact I just added their social sharing buttons plugin to my site.     You can do this easily with Aweber's hover ad feature. With a simple javascript copy and paste, you can have it appear once per visitor, to any page, and customize it too... with an ebook image & timing features. And it looks good, professional, and it works for building up your email newsletter from blog visitors.

      This is absolutely a MUST HAVE if you are using your blog to build a list. They have some amazing list building tools that I implemented a few weeks ago and I have easily tripled the number of opt-ins I'm getting from my blog just using one of their tools. I can't say enough about this service.

      Another fantastic list building plugin that I just picked up is called WP Optin Boxes. It's a premium plugin but it has a bunch of great features. One of the features I use a lot is the CTA box feature. If I write a review it allows me to put a nice CTA box at the bottom with customizable buttons for my readers to click through to the sales page.
