how to better monetize my niche database

hi everyone,

i have 13 k ex buyers. they all bought hard cover English teaching books from me. Over the time i called them a few times with a new book. I emailed them to sell new cd's, dvds all about English teaching materials. i guess it is becoming saturated with the niche. recently i tried to sell off-English teaching niche books by email but did not covert well.

my questions is how can i make more money through my list other than selling my niche products?

what can i do? i want to move to some other products but it may look weird after English teaching materials. what can i offer them. By the way i am in Turkey so clickbank or other affilates are not good for me. They are all in english products. Thanks in advance
