Need help on list management using my aweber

Hi Guys,

I am newbie and hope you bear with me on my noob question:

I have 3 lists for now and Here's the outcome I am trying to achieve:

List A(has its own sign up form) and squeeze page which is capturing leads and has its own follow up series email to get its leads to sign up at its sales page. I also like to promote List A to List B & List C so hopefully they take up the offers there too.

List B(has its own sign up form) and squeeze page which is capturing leads and has its own follow up email to get its leads to sign up at its sales page. I also like to promote List B to get offer to List A & List C so hopefully they take up the offers there too.

List C(has its own sign up form) and squeeze page which is capturing leads and has its own follow up email to get its leads to sign up at its sales page. I like to promote List C to get offer to List A & List B so hopefully they take up the offers there too.

How do I set it up to achieve the above?

The 1st issues I have is that if I do the above. Some one in list A and has already signed up/bought a products offered to list B and signed up, will also get the series of email which is exposed to the offer of List A.(repetitive again when the person has already signed up)

The 2nd issue is that when i create a series of follow up emails, how do i make those that have signed up/bought a sale to go to a buyer list and those that took no action to remain there to continue receive the series of email?

I know there's automation, but i have no idea how to set it up.

I'm glad I only have 3 list for now otherwise it will be a bigger headache if I have more than 3 list to sort this..
