Mobile Affiliate Network for Publishers: Can I choose what App/Games to promote?

I'm having this question on my head for quite a while and I've not been able to answer. In fact it's a 2 steps question. Let's see if I'm able to explain it on the best way.
Few days ago I asked about how to monetize one of my websites (a mobile Video Game niche). I received excellent feedback and I took action. I improved from receiving 3-5 subscribers per day up to 25-30. Cool, ins't it?
The reason behind that, was to monetize it with an email list strategy. So far, good.
Now, I struggle with the following. Because I don't even know if this exists or not. Here we go:
I'm looking for any kind of affiliate which offers PPI (pay per install). What I want to have is the following:
Imagine I send an email to my subscribers with 3 links. Two of the links will contain these PPI affiliates. What I want is that the link will send them directly to the installation website (let's say Google Play or iOS Store) for the exact App or game I choose.
The problem is that I only find affiliate programs which offer Ad placement to developers. For publishers they offer like a middle App like for example Feature Points in where my subscribers need to download first in order to get points (these points will be changed for Gift cards and other rewards).
With these kind of affiliates there are two problems:
- The first is that I don't have control about what Apps (or games) I promote, because nobody better than me knows what my subscribers like.
- The second is that I miss many people in the process just because of the middle App (in this example, Feature Points).
I know this is a tricky question and most of the people here don't know much about Affiliates for phone games or Apps. Still, any information you know is useful.
