Default How Would the WF Feel if this happened to their forum?

A lot of marketers have gravitated to link wheels and link cycles to bulk up their backlinks. There are several backlink services that advocate using your profile on a forum as a way to generate quick and easy links, even if you don't post.

I have seen a lot of folks that argue that there is nothing wrong with this since it really doesn't hurt anyone. But I am curious.....

What if it happened here?

What if we started getting loads of new users who started to use their blog posts to get backlinks? Would you be offended by this? Would you want it to stop? Would you try to stop it yourself?

Not trying to stir the pot.....I just wonder what others think about this that use those tactics for quick and easy backlinks. Is it okay if someone else poos in your backyard, even if there is no chance of you stepping in it?

i think that it depends if they are really into what your forum is about or are the just joining getting links and not particapating with the forum if they are just spam link and not active you may want to remove them but being a marketer we are always looking for good back link so may be put your self in there shoes???
