Yes, them're right, beacause maybe you will need to upgrade your hosting package. But you have to see and ask them what they can offer you to do that. But yes, you can too use Amazon Web Services. Just type on google Amazon S3 Pricing and you will find what you need

Dedicated sever will be a good choice for you as per of your requirements. For Good dedicated server I did recommend you to go with liquidweb. One of the best Dedicated hosting provider.

I would say cloud hosting ( will not recommend amazon because their cost is not very friendly, i am using siteground ).

The advantage of cloud hosting, if done correctly, your shouldn't have service interruption
