    Targeted? create clickbank products and push to them or create some digital products to teach them something about the niche and sell to them. A lot of ways to monetize or you can just use adsense. With this traffic you should be able to make a sum of money easily.

          Why are those visitors visiting? What are they looking for?

          50k visitors looking for ballet shoes is different than 50k visitors that are looking for 7900 different things, from visitors looking to fix their dating game or erectile problems....

    You need to monetize based on your niche not based on your traffic.

    Why would anyone think he's lying about 50K monthly views that's less than 2K views a day and in many niches where people regularly come back that works out to maybe 5K unique visitors a month, that's not a hard to believe figure at all. In fact if your promoting viral or buzz news sites that's like a daily figure. And the fact his site isn't monetized at all means these aren't 50K visits to a sales page or offer but probably to something entertainment related.

    I have no idea what kind of site we're talking about here. Perhaps you should not think about monetization at this stage. Try to get your views up to 1M per month first. It depends on what type of site you have and what you want to do with it.

    Depending on the type of traffic, I'd split test between, adsense, clikbank and a bunch of affiliate offers.

    Try high ticket items. Sometimes it's better to get a few high tickets sales than 30 small $5 ebook sales.

    Where's the traffic coming from? What niche? What are you selling? Why did you start the site? What have you tried in the past? Who are your major competitors? How long have you been running the site?

      Something else that I don't think has been mentioned (yet) is to start building a mailing list from all those visitors. The information on your site must be compelling in order to drive that match interest so I would imagine many visitors would like to know when you update content.

        If you don't know why you have 50k views a month put a survey on the site. Ask how did you get to this site? What do you want? What where you expecting? Maybe you can figure out something to sell them based on their answers. LOL

        Or look at the web logs and review the http referer and see where the visitors are coming from.

    Are you getting good traffic? What niche are you in? Are you capturing that traffic and building a list? If not, that's what you should be doing. You can become an affiliate for a certain company or product owner and sell that for commissions or you can create your own products or even do monthly subscriptions that is of course if your traffic is quality traffic.

    try slit testing ads, place few ads from ads network such as google adsense ... and few other ads to promote some CPA offer or products offer that interest your visitors.

    Sorry for the late response, the site if focused on education and politics in the USA and has been running since 2006 via WordPress CMS using a news theme. Essentially, it's a news website updated with new stories on a daily basis. The FB page has only 40K Likes though. We haven't put any money into the website at all, just articles that's it. We have about 500 e-mail subscribers right now. Haven't put much time into building that.
