WordPress Users Help with Couple of Elements on Page

Hey everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me out by telling me how to add these 2 elements to the wordpress posts, please see the url below where I point things out?! Thank you in advance!

    The line is an <hr> tag.

    The yellow box is <div class="content-box-yellow">Enter content box text here.</div>

    That code will only work with the Genesis framework, I believe. Genesis is what's in the screenshot you've shown.

    There are many different ways of doing both. Most of this kind of stuff is done with styles in CSS.

    It looks like the first could be a BLOCKQUOTE. The second too.

    Both could also be done using DIVs that are identified by classes and styled by CSS.

    Look up HTML + CSS options and look for Wordpress themes that have various text stylings built in.

      I've heard rumors that wordpress.org has a pretty extensive support forum of its own.
