What are your favorite free traffic methods of 2016

Free traffic methods? Hmm let me think about that a moment...paid traffic sites there are a few I've discovered already in '16, but as for free I would have to say the handful of safelist emailers I use are still near the top. The best part of these is that many have a free option that do generate results, without having to fork out a lot of dough up front.

I would say my lists.. but for most of my lists I used paid traffic to collect emails (but now that I have them, it's free)

Facebook groups works well for me.

Almost realtime traffic.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "free" traffic.

"free" traffic is an illusion! Sometimes you dont pay for the traffic cause you already paid for it in the past (created an amazing blog that gets organic "free" traffic now, or built a list).

Sometimes the "free" traffic is being paid by your time (writing/creating content, doing SEO, etc).

So the question should be, whats the most efficient way to get targeted traffic (cause junk traffic wont help you).

I'm sure that for various people various method work the best, for me it is Youtube, on one hand video rules with no competition, people consuming videos like never before, on the other hand, it is easier to "convince" people to take action with a video.

I mostly depends on social media sites for getting lot's of traffic for website free of cost. And of course now a days social media marketing works best so far.

Those people with high facebook pages are lucky because they started early when it was easy to get likes in facebook. But nowadays its very slow. It is possible only with high quality posts.

Guest blogging is good. Not the spammy kind. Look for high-ranking and high-traffic blogs that accept guest posts and allow you to post a bio and a link to your website. Make sure that your guest post is helpful, relevant, and engaging.

Still the best way to get good and quality traffic and if you don't have money to invest into traffic is youtube or video traffic.
You tube was working very well in 2015 and in 2016 will start Bumming ....

For paid traffic i suggest you PPC (pay per click) it's really highest targeted traffic source because you capture visitor at the point of intent (they are in searching mode) .
