Is there a software which I can track youtube views with?

I have a long list of video urls and I need a software which can grab the views on each video each time I ask it to, and be able to compare the views with the last views grab.

I'd also need to be able to delete from the list the videos that aren't gaining views.

Is there such a thing?

      Yes, but i'm wanting to track other peoples videos in large amounts.

    I don't know if such a software exists, probably does but you should be able to do this using youtub's API. The other options is to create a custom software written specifically for this purpose to extract the data without the API.
