Do you outsource everything?

Hey Warriors! I was wondering if you like to outsource every part of your business? Or, do you have certain aspects of your business that you still like to do yourself? I like to outsource some repetitive parts of my business. But, at times, I like to do some things because I like to do graphics and article writing. I'm such a creative, I know lol. However, now I'm thinking I am probably going to outsource even more of my work. This way I can focus on the more important parts of my business like growth hacking and brand expansion. So, what about you? Do you outsource everything?

I do outsourcing tasks in fiverr marketplace. And I do usually SEO, Web development, Forum Posting, Article Writing, & Virtual Assistant Tasks. I love doing this kind of jobs.

Not much. I really like the hands on approach of doing things myself.

The most important stuff that you should be doing, you outsource.

      What is this.

You can't be serious, if those are the most important to you then do them yourself, I outsource them.

Or maybe if you want, you can show me a sample of your work, if it's professional maybe I'll outsource some articles and graphic designs with you, so you can make some extra money.

Outsourcing let's you focus more on your business development and strategic approach. Perhaps you can do everything yourself but surely it's more convenient and sometimes more professional to outsource some parts of your business.

          Cheers

at the beginning you outsource most parts, later, when you have money and employees it's better to do everything in-house.

I create a business model and process that works well, then I hire good people and show them how to do it. This way I can multiply my efforts.

If you don't let go and allow other people to handle the workload you are limiting your earnings potential. If I hire 100 good people I know I am giving myself the potential to earn 100x more than I could on my own.

Long time ago i used to have this crazy idea that i would automate everything using auto-submitters. I didn't know a thing about marketing, but i figured that these submitters exist for a reason. So i tried and bought one for every kind of marketing tactic... and of course, it bombed. Now i only outsource graphic design elements of my site. Great people on Fiverr.

I wish I could outsource more but I just can't bring myself to do it! Too much of a control freak.

In good time I will, for now I'll just keep working 15 hours a day haha

I focus on doing what I do well. Then I outsource the things that would cause me a lot of time and stress.

I hire people that often work for me for years. It just so happens that many are in other countries. I find the most valuable people are those that learn my business and grow with me over the years. I don't typically bother with outsourcing small things unless it is highly specialized, and I need something that is beyond the expertise of my team.

No, I would never outsource everything.

When deciding to outsource, you need to take into account time vs reward - outsourcing everything could be very dangerous, who would manage it all? (if you find someone, what's to stop them from taking what they learn and working for themselves)?

Yes, I outsource. But no, not everything.

Basically, I pick the easier work yet very time consuming then train and let my VA do it.

Just make sure you pic the right person for you to work with and treat him/her well.

Also, outsourcing gives your business more room for expansion.

    Good luck with your business!
    Cheers!

Yeah, that's why I want to outsource more, to grow my business and focus on strategic development which are keys to any business's growth. No one person can beat a team of people in terms of speed and efficiency.

I wouldn't go as far as to outsource everything but when I detect a repetitive action that I do in my business that can be easily outsourced, I usually don't hesitate to find an outsourcer.

I know my limitations and I outsource to someone who can do a better job than I can so I can concentrate on what I do better myself.
I have found a good balance and now make more money while working less.

I outsource my weaknesses and focus on what I am good at. For example, I am a really bad designer and so let someone else design for me.

      Yep, I can relate LOL
Altough I have to say I have gotten better. But designing and some of the techie aspects of constructing a funnel is not something I'm very passionate about

But earlier, when two years ago, I do Entry for one small company (understood as one group do few PRODUCT small startup), I think it not only long term goal is to learn and ask, make and take BUSINESS grin

This year has to go fully fledged road outsourcing, in general, which is also a benefit, but new interest separately depending ng more importantly I see outsourcing it helps us develop many more SKILL ^ _ ^
