Online Community Engagement Tools

I have a list of almost 200 communities in my niche. I can check each of them manually, but many are small with low activity so it would be a waste.

Are there any good tools for aggregating a list of communities into a single feed for easy following? These are lists of forums, facebook groups, and other similar communities.

Do check out hootsuite.com or buffer.com that are the best tools in aggregating all your social media feeds into one binding all your social media accounts together...
