Submitting articles?

Hey all,
I'm trying to figure out the best way to submit articles and was hoping for some personal experiences.

The way I see it is there are two types of article submitters:

1- One time software you buy to submit articles. Something like ArticleBot : Article Submitter With Affordable Price or AUTOMATIC ARTICLE SUBMITTER for Elite Article Marketers

2- Monthly subscription services for submission. Something like
Unique Article Wizard - Submit Unique Content to Hundreds of Websites

Can anyone succinctly tell me the differences? The advantages of using one type over the other? The disadvantages of using one type over the other? Success stories with either type? Other recommendations within the two types?

    If you're waiting for an answer, I suggest you check out the search feature. Eventually someone will stop in, possibly the guys that publish this software (minor vested interest), and give you some thoughts. But this question or a variant gets asked about 20 times a week so if you're anxious for a response I'd just find one of the many other similar threads.

    Also, there's another forum for product reviews, so you could check that out as well.
