Just interested in a few ideas. Any thoughts on where desperate lol unemployed people hang out on the net? (Job listings ala craigslist probably aren't the thing as I want to build a list, not advertise employment for them.)
Or, is this one of those non specific categories that only general advertising will reach?

    I haven't been on one in a long time but there are forums that are made up of members who are "temp workers." They really like to share their "war stories" on how they land temp jobs, deal with temp agencies and deal with assignments.

    Some of them have gotten the temp thing down pat and others are desperate to learn "how to."

    You could try Get a Freelancer if you're looking for people to hire.. or perhaps check out some forums that these people hang out at.
