She's certainly stirred up a hornet's nest of angst in the comments!

I wonder why NYT published it... came across almost as mild satire. Although the lady concerned will probably relish the free publicity for her business.

You obviously don't live in my upscale suburban area, where using consultants like this is extremely common.

Good niche - desperate parents.

anything with the word "desperate" is almost certain to be a good niche. The only question is how you get the most out of it.
