Question about banners

Hello everyone I am using media buying as an affiliate marketer. While doing competitive intelligence I have found some pretty awesome banners. I would like to know if it is possible to use these banners for my campaigns(I know it's not legal maybe)? Has anyone here have any experience regarding this? And how to do it safely. Or should I change some colors in the banner to make it a different one?

    As per as i know, It have copyright issues. Also may be those banner will not be perfect for you though they are looking cool. Create a new banner for you to get best result.

      you can change some colors in the banner to make it a different one. it's OK.

      But I think you should be make new design.

        Hmm, thanks for letting me know. I also think if I change the color or the text a little bit , I will not have any copyright issues.
        By the way I will also try some new design. But these banners I am talking about are performing well, so want to test it. May not work well for me though

    you can get better ones from fiverr or just take a crash course on
    photoshop then you will never need any one as you can make it
    yourself easily...or else goto jvzoo and there you can find some
    amazing softwares which you can use to create new and better
    banners in a Jif quickly and revise the design and chek out which
    one suits better for your conversions...
