PayPal unauthorized chargebacks

Hello,

Recently there has been a user on our online service (game) which has been abusive through PayPal. This said user has made large payments, just to claim 10 minutes later that his account was 'accessed unauthorizedly' and that the payment should be reversed.

The first time this happened (which was quite a large sum in itself) I had decided to simply refund it, move on. Now when this happened once again with a much, much larger sum of money I'm starting to get annoyed by the fact at how easy he can do it. There seems to be no way to fight digital goods being charged back as the options only let me pick from verified transit options and such.

My question being, how can I fight this? It seems to only get worse as the most recent payment is of very large caliber.

Kind regards.

    1. Contact Paypal. This may be some kind of money laundering scheme.

    2. When you refund, cancel his account. Block him from getting a new one if you can.

You need to contact with the PAYPAL help center as early as possible. You should not wait for anything. I think as early as you can contact, as would be good for you. Thanks
