Alright Warriors
I have FINALLY decided that for me to make a success online I need to create my OWN product, and it needs to be done in 2009 I have got many plr products such as ebooks, software, articles.. That is no problem.. The problem that I am finding is not following any guidelines to get you started.. Its actually choosing what niches to do it in... When I mean chooseing what niches to di it in, I mean I have got the basic knowledge, but I havent got like a experts knowledge.. I know about creating a blog hosting artciles traffic to your website ebay google adsense alternatives etc etc etc etc You know the usual stuff, but I wouldnt say that I have got an extensive knownledge of each subject.. Not like the Masters out there And then also should I create an ebook, or a set of videos?? Bearing in mind this is my very first project?? |

Don't start with the product, start with a traffic strategy. If you have traffic, everything else falls into place.
Choose a niche with LOTS of websites and blogs already established. Because these sites already have traffic, they can give you traffic. Creating a product is pretty simple once you have a large niche. I give all the specifics of choosing a niche, creating a product, etc in my Fast Start guide. If you or any other Warriors want a free copy they can get one here: Internet Cash Windfalls: How to create a cash windfall on the internet in as little as 30 days |

I am getting about 900 hits per days to my blog at the moment, because of me putting videos on it..
Once I have created the product I am going to put it straight onto clickbank and take it from there ![]() Quote:

If you're going to create a product than it's better to be something you create yourself. PLR is old information in most of the time, and if you want to create a powerful product I really recommend you to be unique.
Videos are always better than ebooks. Videos are the future and people DO like to watch them. As for your knowledge, you can always hire people to do the work for you on sites like Guru.com or Elance. May god help you to be the next big hit product on Clickbank ![]() Cheers, Mike G |

The only thing with hiring someone else to do the work is that costs you money.. lol And if you are just stating out you might not have that much captial ..
I know their is a debate for using plr wheather its old or new material.. But that would take up to much time.. So really dont want to to get into the debate lol lol lol lol lol I have wanted to do videos before but then I am put of with my voice, etc, etc lol lol Quote:

Before you put together your product you really need to come up with a million dollar idea. At least, that's what I like to call it. It might only be a $100,000 idea or a $500,000 idea, but you get the drift.
Once you have your MDI, then you put together a sales process and product to flesh it out. Your MDI should answer some basic questions for your prospect:
You are selling PLR. Who is your prospect? What problems does he experience? How can you solve those one of those problems? Why is your solution to his problem unique? Why is your product--no matter what the initial investment--free once he puts it to work? Why should he tell others about your product? Answer these questions and then you're ready to build a sale process, sales copy and product. Edit: By the way...Roy in my sig? He did it all with reprint rights. You should check it out. |

I really dont understand when people say that
they can just choose a niche, research it and then create a product. I mean that part is okay. you could even outsource the product creation. BUT.... The point is that you are not an expert at the niche. you just chose a niche, researched it and then created the product. so why should people believe that this product will solve their problem. I mean you may not be an expert at the niche you choose will you lie and tell people that you are an expert and the product solves this or that problem when you are not even sure if it will ? I really dont mean to offend you , I want to know if this really works. really looking forward to the answer. regards, faraz |

Byron,
I looked at your blog and it seems very informative. I saw a post that talked about and explained eWriterPro. I then did a quick Google search and see that over 11,000 other sites are selling that product. Most of the other sites are in the $7-$10 range. But you're selling it for $2.77. I always wondered how anyone can make money selling straight PLR products when the competition always seems to de-value it by lowering and lowering the price. I'm not criticizing you because I don't know your marketing strategy and it may be working for you. But just as a general question, how does anyone make money by selling the same PLR products that thousands of others are selling? I would think it would be best to (at a minimum) rename it, if you're allowed, just so it seems like you're the only person that sells it. Mike |

I know this does not answer your question but .... This is all the more reason to create a similar product called eWriterPlatinum that offers even more benefits and sell it for $20 or $30 .. Most will see it as an "Upgraded Product" while others are only selling the lower end product. Course seo, sales copy and all that stuff plays a role in this... James

Actually James, that is a good answer.
I have tons of PLR products (ebooks, videos, programs, etc.) and believe it or not, a lot of them are actually quite good. Sure, there's some garbage in there but the good ones I've learned from. I plan on taking some of the ones that are good, rebrand them (the ones that allow it) and create a new product to sell. I hope this is still a valid formula for success. Mike |

Most PLR old or new are still good. It all depends on how you as the reader firstly interpet the material, what Il mean is do you yourself find that info to be good or did you find it useless information? If you found it to be good information and help you out then you can easily edit it, and put your own spin/take on the information that you learnt.. Also try and something to it that was not there Mike I use to sell just normal resale products and not making much from that... So I am trying my hand at creating a product I have got one product that talks about product launches step by step, but I think I am going to add more to it, i.e more indepth to keyword research, more about to how to research a product, what steps you need to take if you are using plr to make a product out.. Or if you are starting from stratch..

![]() At one point I'l thought because a lot of people were/are selling the same product on the internet as I, then the only way to compete with them is to offer a low price for the same item.. I was thinking along the lines if people see mine at a cheaper price than somewhere then shouldnt I get more sales/traffic, etc.. But I must admit that has never worked out to plan... lol Now I am dipping my hand into creating my own product.. I am not sure if it is a bad idea to use a plr product.. Because I would class that as doing some research.. I am also checking articles directories, etc, etc

Hi,
You asked for product creation ideas so here are some thoughts from me. There is an old saying, "Give 'em a headache and sell 'em an aspirin." Now, I don't like to give people headaches so the next best thing for me is to find people who already have headaches and sell them an aspirin. Case in point, right here on the WF you will usually find a common pain, something that is bugging us at the time. If you can find a cure for it then you have a product. Over the past few months and even longer one problem being discussed quite frequently, is the pain CB affiliates have because of losing commissions for many different reasons. At least 4 Warriors came up with products to help them. Time will tell if the products will be successful. Here is another idea. Not new but certainly it illustrates helping people with their pain. Several years ago I had a terrible tooth ache. For some reason I determined that I needed to bite down on a clove of garlic. Almost instantly the tooth ache went away. I posted this on the Warrior forum and I had several Warriors thank me for helping them relieve their tooth aches. Later... I had another tooth ache and again for some reason I decided to put oregano drops on my tooth. It worked, again the tooth ache went away almost instantly. Again I posted this on the Warrior forum and I got Private Messages thanking me for helping with tooth aches. Research shows me that there are reasons for garlic and oregano oil stopping a toothache. What do you want to bet that there are 10s if not 100s more home remedies for stopping tooth aches before one can get to a dentist. Spend a couple of days compiling them all. Put in the usual disclaimers RE: This is the personal experience of me and many others not medical advice. Consult your Dr. Before taking this etc. Research each item on your list to make sure it's not poisonous. Compile the eBook Tooth Ache home remedies." There's a product. What about... HeadAches, Dogs bad breath cure, How to stop the Utility Company from turning off your electricity when you can't pay, How to make $100 today, How to survive hard times, Open a bank account even if you are in chex system, how to get a paypal account after you have been banned by paypal, how to start an Internet Marketing business without paypal, 20 ways to make $300 this week, How to live "rent free," how to fly free, how to drive a car for free. Everything I mentioned is not only a "product" you could create but there are ways to do each and every one of them and there are a lot of people who need that information. My best to you, George Wright |

Well some people do that and when they do most of the time people will search google for the product name to find someone selling a cheaper version. At the same time though this does greatly de-value a product big time and most of the time makes it useless to sell at all... At such point it then ends up in a bunch of giveaway events, which is one main reason giveaway events have went downhill in the last several years, the quality is just not there.. But that is a story for another day ..lol Product creation - I know many have 60 and 70 page ebook on this but trust me it does not have to be as complex as many think. This greatly depends upon what you are creating but the bottom line will alwasy be this. * Find what problems people have * solve their issues It really is that simple.. Now let me give you a great example here.. As everyone knows (or they should know) Scribd can help greatly with backlinks, ranking, and traffic. It is not an old site but very popular and some recent changes are making it even more popular. So do this... * Create an account * post documents in many forms .doc, .pdf, and etc. * Learn how the posting and submission process works * test to see what documents get the most views (boring ugly ones, beautifully crafted ones, and etc). * build backlinks to your docs * make sure your docs have a "resource box" or "anchor text links". * try out the sell your documents part of the site * make friends request * post comments * and etc .... The point is here learn everything you can about the site, test it out, see what works best and what does not. Once you done this now you have a product that you can create and sell. People want to know how scribd can best help them, so give them what they want. Create a digital reports, create videos, and so on, this will be your product that you would sell.. While doing all this remember you could even be making money and building traffic to your site so it is like killing 2 birds with one stone. Yes it takes work but as I said it is not as hard as many make it sound to create a product.... James

I'l think I am going to do one about what I am learning at the moment, something along the lines of product creation. I dont think I will be offering any resale rights to this product. I will be sticking it onto Clickbank and probably be selling it for $27 dollars upwards, but I get peoples opionons on that when I have done it..
