Your input on recording video in 60fps

Im in the process of filming my video courses.. and i chose to do so in 60 fps for the live parts (mainly because i prefer the look and smoothness of 60fps).

My videos are a combination of live filming and powerpoint presentations.

My dslr camera can film at 1080p 60fps

My question is, should i also capture and record my powerpoint at 60fps to make it consistent with the live film?

Keeping in mind that the powerpoint pres and the live film will be combined using sony vegas and output as a single video.

SO can you tell me if i leave the powerpoint presentation at 30fps will it look weird and create distortion of some sorts when i output the finished product in 60fps? or should i just record my screen/powerpoint in 60fps using screen cap software that can do such, like movavi?

Thanks.
