Newbie Advice---Please!

I'm testing two affiliate offers on Yahoo and Bing...my ads are getting 3% and 6% CTR...but even though my landing page matches the publisher's offer, I am not getting any sales conversions...

My thinking is it is obviously my landing pages...any pearls of wisdom where I can find more info on creating a landing page that converts?

Thanks for any and all advice!!!

It's very likely the content on your landing page. It's not your ads because people are obviously clicking through, especially with 3%-6% CTR, meaning you've got some pretty interested visitors.

So it must be the copy on your landing page. Now, if your landing page nearly matches that of the vendor's and people are not buying, then I can't say too much about the saleability of your vendor's landing page either.

It probably would be better to tweak your landing page in your own voice to pre-sell your Vendor's product. What are the benefits? Really show benefits. But also be honest and give them tips they need to be aware of to help them succeed with the product. e.g. Even though the product advises you to take it three times a day, it's actually easier if you take three of it in the morning at breakfast only. Gives plenty of energy throughout the day, then it wears off by evening so you can sleep soundly.
