How would you rank these keywords?

Warriors,

What order would you rank the following keywords? Why would you rank them in that order? What do you look at the most (KEI, searches, competition)?

Assume all keywords use the "phrase" results from the Google Keyword Tool and the competing sites also use the "phrase" results from Google search.

Keyword A 3000 searches/month, 19,000 competing sites
Keyword B 3000 searches/month, 2400 competing sites
Keyword C 9900 searches/month, 4240 competing sites
Keyword D 780 searches/month, 230 competing sites
Keyword E 18,100 searches/month, 19,000 competing sites

Would you pass on any of these keywords if you were looking for a domain?

Thanks in advance for your input. I think this can help many of us unexperienced warriors.

Michael

Edit: Assume there are no authority sites for the keyword. Also there are no sites that rank higher than a PR of 3.

    Michael,
For me to rank these keywords, I would need more information. For instance, I would need to know if I can even rank on Google for a particular keyword. For me that means the top 5 or so results on Google must have a page rank of less than 3 for that particular keyword.

Also, to me, the number of sites competing for a particular keyword is not important if you're not able to rank for it.

Here's my formula for determining whether I will use a keyword:
    1. The keyword Must be a long-tail (4 words or more).
    2. The keyword Must have more than 1000 searches per month
    3. The keyword Must have fewer than 10,000 competitors for the exact phrase
    4. The top 5 results on Google must have an average page rank of 2 or less

Number 4 is the most important because if I can't rank for a keyword on Google, I'm wasting my time with the other three. Of course, everybody has their own formula, and every one is different. This just happens to be what works for me.

    Have a great day
