        Google does not allow you to promote affiliate program by using direct link.
        please read their TOS

          And that landing page has to be on a decent, real site. A one-page lander with a redirect, review or squeeze page will not be approved.

    There is so many affiliate programs out there, it's hard to name one.. It depends on your niche, just google it.. Maybe also think about the quality of your ads and choice of your keywords.
    You can work with clickbank.There you will see the stats besides every product about the sale,trends etc and you can choose that best interest you.
    You can take a look at linkshare, or Share a sale.com. Join their network and I'm pretty sure adwords won't block you from using anyone of those sites.

    You have to run whatever offer you plan to run to a squeeze page first unless you own the product you are promoting. Your question is very broad. You can test squeeze pages with youtube videos that are free as well but don't produce junk. Always have the end user and their experience with your site and or information in mind. Think about the experiences you have had with other sites and if they were good then do even better.
