Something weird happening with my EZA account

I just logged in my account, I don't see the click statistics. When I look at the articles' lists under my pen names, I only see the views with 0 clicks (there were clicks before). Any ideas what happened?? Should I contact the support or is it some maintenance going on and I should just wait?

I'd also like to point out that my assistant has access to my EZA account, could she have done something to remove the click statistics??

The only way your "views" would decrease to 0 is if your partner took the articles off, unless you just have a glitch and then all you have to do is sign out and sign back in.

The views are fine, they didnt decrease. it's just the "URL clicks" that have become 0 for all my articles. Profile views, ect are fine.

Tried logging out and logging back in... didnt work

I know they do. But they don't give instant replies like the warriors do.
There is no harm in asking... in case someone has a similar issue in future.

Like someone said... the only stupid questions are those that you don't ask

I just made a post about this, didn't see this one. This is happening to me too, no idea what's up... Makes me think back to those threads about "what would you do if you woke up and EZA was gone..?"

I have my articles on other directories also that get me traffic, but it would still suck if i lose the traffic from EZA.

Did you get any response from EZA support?

I just answered a post yesterday in the OT - someone could no longer see the view count in the WF. I suggested virus scan - maybe I was right if this type of symptom is occurring in more than one spot and more than one person. I just checked my EA and it's all good - do a scan (avast detects the injection and JS viruses) and let us know if you get a positive.

I was not trying to be rude I was asking a question if they knew a forum for EZA does exist .. I mean they are proclaimed to be the "leader" and if that is so I would assume they would have 24/7 online support for their own website.

Just asked a questions Sheesh...

I am having the same problem....this is going to create some issues for figuring out if the backlinking do to articles and other things actually helps....it is not going to be a good thing and i think many authors will be pissed if it is a change EZA has decided to make.

Ben, it's not a change. Their tech crew is aware of the problem and they're
working on it.

It's not a change. Seems like a technical issue.
