Where to source graphics I can resell PLR to?

Hello Experienced PLR Sellers

I am in the process of creating my first exclusive PLR product and decided to do some research on creating and reselling info products with editable graphics.

A big roadblock I've run into is finding graphics I can use in my PLR and be able to pass on the PLR buyers so they can have fully licensed PLR graphics with landing up in trouble.

So basically, I'm looking for graphics I can purchase PLR resell rights to so I can pass on PLR to my PLR customers.

I know one option is to have someone draw the graphics for me and design it from scratch, but that's also the more pricey option. I was hoping to find a solution that exists.

Can someone refer me to a place where I can find unrestricted PLR graphics and photos?

And perhaps a pack of ecover templates with unrestricted PLR.

I'm new to the PLR creation game, but feel there is definitely a need for quality content and would love to show people that not all PLR is junk!

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Warm Regards,
Mozie

When I'm online and I see a topic I think I can help with, I contribute..

I suppose the "Thanked 23 Times in 22 Posts" is not great for a 6 year old member. But hey whos counting?

Life, wife, kids and a home business is restricting at times.

And yes, I have learned lots and would not be asking if I had the answer or knew where to find it, and you never know, there might be other warriors looking for the same solution.

So this thread might just land up helping someone else too!

    Anyways, thanks for your response.

    hehe no problem mate

Yeah was search RRW, I am a member there but but not finding any where I can resell PLR.

I think I'll have to do some proper research on copyright and royalties on photos, it seems there's a lot of people selling ignorantly and I want to keep my customers and myself safe for copyright issues.

I might just have to invest in a good camera and take some myself and start a PLR photos membership of my own. Or maybe even hunt for photographers in South Africa looking to make some bucks off their photos and negotiate for rights to resell PLR.

Thanks again for your reply mate and have a good one!

I think you thinking about this the wrong way. You are looking for PLR images when you might want to look for images with a CC0 license. Good sites to start with are www.pixabay.com and www.openclipart.org

You already know me from the RRW forum

If I'm not wrong... "CC0 license" means you can use it for commercial purpose for free without giving the original author any attribution at all. Something like "do whatever you want" with no problem.

You are correct! CC0 means you can do pretty much whatever you want with the content.

Now there is one concern. This one comes straight from https://pixabay.com/en/service/terms/#usage

      Using Images and Videos

Images and Videos on Pixabay are released under Creative Commons CC0. To the extent possible under law, uploaders of Pixabay have waived their copyright and related or neighboring rights to these Images and Videos. You are free to adapt and use them for commercial purposes without attributing the original author or source. Although not required, a link back to Pixabay is appreciated.

      Limitations:
      a) Images and Videos depicting identifiable persons may not be used for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, or in a way that can give a bad name to people, or to imply endorsement of products and services by those persons, brands, organisations, etc.
      b) Since Pixabay does not require a written Model Release for each Image or Video that shows identifiable people, We cannot guarantee that You will be able to use the Content for any purpose You like.
      c) Certain Images or Videos may be subject to additional copyrights, property rights, trademarks etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the license of these rights. Pixabay does not represent or make any warranties that it owns or licenses any of the mentioned, nor does it grant them.

I create most of my graphics using graphic creation software and I do it using graphics from the 2 sites I posted above 90% f the time. My suggestion..keep things simple... use landscapes, and if you are going to use a person make sure they cant be identified..such as using backshots or having the person in the far background...like when someone is way down the beach or in shadow.

This is a facebook cover I created for my personal page. The background is from pixabay if I'm not mistaken the rest comes from the graphics software I use and graphics packages that work with it.

The hands in prayer comes from www.openclipart.org All I did was import it into my graphics software, change the background color and add the text. Took me less than 5 minutes to do...had to search for the image.

I can do whatever I want with this image. I used it for a motivational post on my facebook page but I could have easily included this in a set of motivational graphics and sold it.

There are millions and millions of public domain images just waiting for you to brand as your own - no copyright involved if you scan them from the source. If you really want images for sale without worry, spend a little time and learn how to research and find public domain sources - it's not that difficult to learn but it will take some time and effort.

Thanks for your reply Steve. I have done lots of research on public domains a few months back but then got scared of posts I read saying you cannot just use any image you find there because many are uploaded without the permission of the copyright owner so it seemed so risky. The only way to really feel safe about it is to contact each copyright owner, and ask them for their exact terms for each image to make sure I can use it the way I want to. That would take ages, but it might be worth the effort if I can find quality images in various niches and hire someone to professionally remove backgrounds. I feel there's a need to quality image packs with no backgrounds that has PLR, because it's amazing to use in things like ecovers, landing pages, blogs and more. There's very few packs out there and so many of us

        IM Mozie,

What you are fearing, you rightfully should - images uploaded to the Internet without the copyright holder's permission . . . however . . . what you're describing is not public domain work.

Public domain images have no copyright . . . that's why they are in the public domain. These aren't typically images that have been posted online (usually). Most public domain work is found in books, magazines, etc that were published without copyright protection or whose copyright has expired without being renewed. In addition, some government works are free of copyrights.

You just need to learn what is and isn't actually in the public domain and how to find the best sources. There are guides and tutorials for sale that will give you a lot of help, and in some cases, actually tell you where to find public domain works. Do a search on "Tony Laidig public domain" - he is a good source of PD information.
